Returnable, Exchangeable, Refundable Products
Products in the "Accessory" and "Toy" categories, as well as certain items in the "House" category, are eligible for return, exchange, and refund within 5 days of receipt without any reason.
Return and Exchange Process
1. Contact Us: Please email us before returning or exchanging any product to obtain the latest return address.
2. Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Condition of Returned Products:Products must be unused, unopened, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The packaging must be intact to ensure resale.
4. Gifts: If your order includes free gifts, these must be returned along with the product when initiating a return or refund.
5. Return Destination: Do not send return or exchange products to the factory.

Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you do not receive your refund within 5 days, please contact your payment provider. If the provider does not find the refund, email us for further assistance.
Custom Products Refund Policy
For highly customized products in the "Clothes" and "House" categories, if a refund is requested after payment but before shipment, we reserve the right to deduct the production costs from the refund amount.
